Shipping fee calculation:

A single purchase of over $1500 ((after discount)) can enjoy free shipping to commercial/SF addresses in various districts of Hong Kong.

If the recipient address you fill in is an industrial and commercial/SF Express address, we will send it out as SF EXPRESS

For far-reaching addresses such as: Science Park, universities, schools, hospitals, shopping malls in the New Territories, outlying islands, airports, etc., a surcharge of $50 will be charged

For orders below $1500 or overseas orders, the shipping fee will be calculated according to the company's standard.

Please refer to the email order notification to track your logistics progress at any time.

Please check the goods immediately after receiving the goods. If you find that the quantity of the goods does not match or the style of the goods is wrong, you should refuse to receive the goods and wait for the courier company to return them to our company.

All in-stock items will be sent to you within two working days after the order is completed, and within seven working days after the normal order is placed.

If the goods are in transit, the responsibility for loss or damage is the courier company. If you have any complaints or inquiries, you need to contact the courier company.

If the order contains in-stock and pre-order items, we will wait for all the items to arrive before sending them together.
